Automatic bag placer
The Bag Placer is designed to efficiently place individual bags onto the filling head of the SemiPack. The machine can handle various bag types, such as net, jute, polyethylene (poly), and paper bags. A suction arm picks a bag from the wicket pins and places it under the filling opening. All movements are perfectly synchronized with the semi-automatic bagger to ensure seamless operation and optimal timing. The carousel magazine allows bags to be easily replenished while the machine is running. Each magazine can hold approximately 250 bags. A SemiPack+ can be combined with a Bag Placer to convert it into an AutoPack, achieving a capacity of up to 15 bags per minute of 25 kg.
