This year we have some spectacular reveals in store for you during the Fruit Logistica in Berlin. We will present two completely new packaging machines that are specifically designed for sustainable packaging. We are also launching our collaboration with Ilapak by exhibiting the VT2000 ML. And last but not least, we are introducing a series of Manter palletizers. To facilitate this we needed a little more space. We are happy to welcome you to our new location in hall 2.1, stand A-40.
New machine - MoNo Clipper
The MoNo Clipper lives up to its name in two ways. Firstly, the clip bag is made, without adding a metal clip, so No Clip. Secondly, it makes recycling the packaging easier, because it is made from mono material. The MoNo Clipper closes the tube net by sealing a special wine glass label which is made from the same material. This way the bag and the label don’t have to be separated from the clips and the whole bag can be added to the plastic waste bin. In essence this machine simplifies the process of recycling.
New machine - Paper Bagger
The Paper Bagger fills two paper bags at the same time and closes the bag with sewing thread. This machine is specifically designed for block bottom bags with a gusset. This type of packaging is very popular for packing potatoes and you often see them with a cellulose window and handle. We developed this machine in response to the rapidly increasing customer demand for paper packaging. Don’t miss this opportunity to get a taste of the latest packaging innovations for vegetables and fruit!
IMA Ilapak - VT2000 ML
To launch the collaboration with IMA Ilapak, we are presenting not only Manter machines, but also a VT2000 ML this year. This VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) machine can produce various types of packaging as shown below. In this case it is configurated to make pre-printed paper pillow bags.
Manter ST8 palletizer live in action
As of 2024, Manter will offer Solidtec palletizers under its own name in the fresh produce market worldwide, with the exception of the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. For our customers, this means that the Manter sales network becomes even more of a one-stop-shop: one contact person for your end-of-line solution. And of course this leads to even better, integrated solutions. The Manter palletizers will be completely in Manter style in appearance. In addition, we immediately come up with a new machine. The ST8 is a compact and cost-efficient machine with a low infeed that can handle up to 12 bags per minute.
New larger location and live demos
On our stand the visitors will be able to see the MoNo Clipper and the ST8 Palletizer in action. This year we decided to do demos with our machines because it draws more attention. Our sales team is ready to assist you and will be happy to answer all your and your customers questions. In addition, representatives from Sarco Packaging, Solidtec, Manter Iberíca and Volm Companies will be present at our stand.
