Punnet Filler

Packaging machine for punnets and clamshells

This packaging machine efficiently fills punnets, trays, and if desired clamshells made of any material. It is suitable for a wide variety of products, including cherries, berries, tomatoes, potatoes, and (stone) fruits. A vibrating mechanism beneath the filling point ensures even distribution and places the product as gently and low as possible into the container to prevent damage. The machine is available in two versions:

𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿
Equipped with a conveyor belt featuring flights, this version ensures synchronized feeding of punnets or clamshells.

𝗣𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗲𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗿+
Features a flat conveyor belt and a built-in synchronization mechanism, allowing it to handle both synchronized and non-synchronized feeding of punnets and clamshells from a denester.
