Mono-material tubular net bags for in-line products
The MoNo Clipper Inline is designed for in-line packaging of a fixed number of products in a net bag. Each bag is heat-sealed on both sides using a PE label, creating a fully mono-material package. The machine uses tubular netting with a diameter of 75–200 mm and is suitable for products such as onions, garlic and citrus fruits, including lemons and limes. It achieves speeds of up to 25 bags per minute and produces mono-material net packages ranging from 250 g to 3 kg. An automatic tube-changing system ensures a continuous supply of netting, enabling uninterrupted and efficient operation. The integrated labeling unit supports various label types, including band, wineglass and seal-to-seal labels, providing flexibility in both packaging and presentation.
