Description
This RSB-M (RollStock Mesh Bagger), now known as the AutoMesh, has been in operation since 2009 and has delivered reliable performance for many years. It is now available for a new owner as its previous user is transitioning to different packaging formats.
The RSB-M is a fully automatic bagging machine designed for mesh bags made from roll stock. The bags are formed and separated using a vertical heating element that welds the mesh to create strong bag edges. Produce flows through fixed filling holes into the bag, which is carried on a support belt.
The bag is then conveyed to an industrial sewing unit for a secure stitched closure. A second heat seal is applied at the end of the line to separate the finished bag from the roll stock.
