Enhanced performance and reliability
Manter continues to develop the already successful AutoPack HS, in its quest to continue to deliver added value for its customers. The popular AutoPack HS has been given important improvements in the system where the bags are separated and filled. These innovations ensure a significant increase in reliability and lead to a higher output. The upgrade can be divided into 3 improvements:
More powerful vacuum system
A major upgrade on the AutoPack HS is the new vacuum pump with a three times higher suction power (63 to 230 m³/hour). This allows the machine to hold the bag better, even if the quality of the bag is lower. In addition, the reliability of correctly placing and closing bags under the filling head is greatly improved. And this results in a higher output per hour.
Improvements to the singulator
The design of the bag separator has been made more compact, creating additional space for more bags in the magazine. Additionally, larger suction cups have been installed to ensure a better grip and increased reliability. The adjustments to the singulator not only improve grip but also allow for more efficient operation. This means our customers can package faster and more reliably without added complexity.
Optimization of the openers
The openers have also been equipped with larger hose diameters and fewer connections, resulting in reduced losses and smoother operation. Simplicity was key in the development of these improvements. Fewer moving parts and an optimized airflow system ensure fewer breakdowns and a longer lifespan of the machine.
