Automatic bag placer (High Speed)
The Bag Placer HS (High Speed) is designed to efficiently place individual bags onto the filling head of the SemiPack. The system handles various types of bags, such as net, jute, polyethylene (poly), and paper bags, in a consistent, fast, and accurate way, reducing manual labour and increasing packaging efficiency. Bag singulation and transport are fully servo-driven. The carousel bag magazine allows easy loading while the machine is in operation; each magazine can hold approximately 250 bags. The Bag Placer is supplied on wheels and rails, allowing it to be easily moved aside for manual bag hanging. By combining the Bag Placer with the SemiPack(+), the SemiPack(+) becomes a fully automated packaging solution (AutoPack HS), with a capacity of up to 20 bags per minute.
