No, Manter does not require customers to enter into a packaging material supply contract. Customers are free to choose their own packaging materials and suppliers. While Manter does not sell packaging materials, we can advise on suitable packaging solutions in cooperation with our partners. This ensures optimal machine performance and product quality within the selected machine configuration.
The same warranty conditions apply to weighers, packaging machines, and palletizers. The warranty period is 6 months or 2,000,000 cycles, whichever occurs first. The warranty is limited to mechanical, software-related, and structural defects and does not cover wear parts.
