In May, the very first Manter Palletizers were installed in Argentina and Chile. These palletizers are a valuable addition to the existing Manter weighing and packaging lines. Thanks to the efforts of our local dealers, Certa in Chile and Capei in Argentina, both the sales and installation processes went successfully.
Agro Panquehue (Chile)
At Agro Panquehue, the existing line, consisting of an MD14 XL weighing machine and a SemiPack+ packaging machine (installed in 2023), has been expanded with an ST30 Palletizer. This setup enables efficient packaging of onions into 20 and 25 kilogram net bags.
Collaboration
We are proud that Merche Improver S.L. has chosen Manter as their partner in automating their production process. Thanks to this line, they can now operate more efficiently and reliably, with minimal manual handling and maximum output.
Las Nazarenas (Argentina)
The Argentine company Las Nazarenas has expanded its existing line, featuring an MD10 XL and an AutoPack, with an ST40 Palletizer. The decision to opt for a high-capacity palletizer was made deliberately, in preparation for a second weighing and packaging line. Currently, potatoes are being packed and palletized in PP woven bags.
Driving force
Both companies chose to expand with a palletizer to further automate their processes. Across the market, we increasingly see companies aiming to boost their capacity, but struggling to find sufficient personnel. The decision to go with Manter was also influenced by the strong relationship and excellent service provided by our local dealers. Thanks to this expansion, both companies now operate a fully integrated Manter line: one supplier, one point of contact.
