Our first Papper Bagger has been delivered to a customer in Germany. They will fill 1.5 kg paper bags with small and medium sized potatoes. The bag they are using is with semi printed exterior, a viewing window and a handle. The only special request was to remove the sewing head, because they want to leave the bags open. Additionally they also wanted to add the option of a label applicator. The sticker labels are added just before the filling of the bag.
General information
The Paper Bagger simultaneously fills two paper block bottom bags and closes the bags by sewing head. It can handle up to 30 bags per minute and is suitable for bags ranging from 1 to 10 kg. Designed in full compliance with CE standards, this machine meets stringent safety requirements. The paper bags can be completely printed on the outside and they often include a cellulose viewing window and a handle.
