As a machine manufacturer, you can contribute to circularity in various ways. At Manter, we do this primarily by developing machines that are durable and exhibit minimal wear and tear. We use high-quality components, strong materials, and solid construction. The result: reliable machines with low maintenance requirements and an exceptionally long lifespan.
Strategy
While this may sound obvious, not every manufacturer chooses this approach. Some companies deliberately use components that wear out faster or opt for a simpler design. In the short term, such a machine may seem more attractive due to the lower purchase price, but over its entire lifespan, the costs are often considerably higher.
Favorable Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
At Manter, we believe in the long term. Our strategy is focused on delivering machines of the highest quality and the longest lifespan. As a result, our environmental impact remains minimal, and nearly all materials used in the machine’s construction are recyclable. While our machines often require a higher initial investment than those of many other suppliers, their low maintenance costs and exceptionally long lifespan result in significantly lower annual costs. This results in a favorable Total Cost of Ownership. Moreover, our customers benefit from extremely reliable machines with minimal downtime.
Down to earth
We consider this distinction one of our most important Unique Selling Points. It not only makes us proud, but it also gives our clients the assurance that they’re investing in their future with Manter. You could also look at it another way: we simply take a down-to-earth Dutch view and look at what’s best for us and our clients and whenever possible, we take the environment into account.
