Packs consumer bags into a paper, poly, or mesh master bag
The Baler bundles consumer bags into paper, polyethylene, or mesh master bags. It accurately counts the packages entering each master bag and seals them upon completion using a sewing head, heat seal, or adhesive closure. An optional vertical lift ensures gentle handling by catching the bags and reducing drop height as they enter the master bags. The Baler can process consumer bags up to 10 kg and achieve capacities of up to nine master bags per minute. Its flexible design and wide range of features allow for easy integration into virtually any packaging facility.
