The coronavirus has a major impact on all of us. Because we, as Manter, actively contribute to the food chain, we want to keep the service on the high level that you have come to expect from us. Below we explain how we do that.
Our service accessibility remains unchanged. We will continue to solve your issues as much as possible by telephone and / or online. In the event of a required service visit, we will discuss the actual situation regarding local health and safety regulations with our customers.
Sales and administration
Our colleagues from the departments of sales and administration work wherever possible from the office and from home, and are available for contact by telephone, email or WhatsApp.
The logistic process (incoming and outgoing) remains unchanged. Our colleagues prepare shipments and take care of dispatch, but avoid personal contact doing so. All external logistic services are no longer allowed to enter our building.
At Manter, the health and safety of our customers, employees and suppliers is our key priority. Following the guidelines from the Dutch Health Association and the World Health Organization (WHO) we have decided to cancel our business travels and visits from business relations to our manufacturing facility in Emmen as much as possible until 6th April. To continue ongoing business, we will maximize the use of alternative ways of communication (Skype, Whatsapp) to stay in contact with all stakeholders. The website remains available 24/7 for further information and / or quotations.
