Manter Punnet filling Line.
The filling line is consisting out of 3 seprate machines.
1) De-nester, automatically placing the tray or punnet onto the punnet-filling unit
2) Punnet-filling unit, transports the tray underneath the filling opening. After filling transports the tray through a unit to shake the tray to place the product more into the tray.
After shaking transported towards the singulation belt.
3) Singulation belt, does singulate the trays with the infeed belt of a Flow packing machine.
This filling line can be connected to sevral types of weighing machines and is mainly used for carrots and fruits.
