Compact machine that can place, through automation, single Mesh bags under the filling hole of a semi automatic bagger.
From
2 stocks, of about 300 individual bags each (depending on material),
the bag will be picked up by an arm with air suction cups. Through
clamps the bag will be hold under the filling hole.
In
combination with an SAB it is an ideal solution for packing into
individual bags. The MBP can also be placed with other semi automatic
baggers.
The individual bags have to be equipped with a plastic strip and two holes punched in.
After the MBP is installed individual bags can still be placed manually.
